For all programs, if you are paying through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing each payment, regardless if you leave the program or do not complete it in the time-frame provided. No refunds will be issued for any reason due to the nature of the online programs & information delivery. 

RESULTS: By participating in Nourish to Flourish Routines (NFR) membership, you accept, agree, and understand that you are responsible for your progress and results from your participation in this program and that Jenifer Tharani & Dr. Wada offers no guarantees or warranties of results of any kind. You alone are responsible for your actions and results. Results of this program may vary significantly from individual to individual.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE OF HEALTH CARE RELATED CLAIMS: The client acknowledges that the client takes full responsibility for the client’s life and well-being and all decisions made during and after this program. The client expressly assumes the risks of the program, including the risks of trying new foods or supplements, and the risks inherent in making lifestyle changes. The client releases the Jenifer, dietitian and Dr. Wada from any and all liability, damages, injuries, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which the client ever had, now has or will have in the future against the dietitian, arising from the client’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the program, unless arising from gross negligence of the dietitian.

CONFIDENTIALITY: Jenifer Tharani & Dr Wada will keep the client’s information private, and will not share the client’s information to any third party unless compelled by the law.


The services provided in NFR membership contain intellectual property that belongs to coaches, Jenifer Tharani and Dr Kara Wada. All rights reserved. Jenifer & Dr. Wada hereby grants to the Client a worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the services included for the individual purposes intended under this Agreement. This does not grant the Client a license to sell, rent, copy, share or otherwise transmit or disseminate the services, with anyone else for commercial or non-commercial use, unless otherwise specified. The services may not be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, derivative works created from, transmitted, distributed, or publicly displayed in any manner without written permission from the Coaches. You are to not share the login information with someone else who has not made a payment for NFR membership. 

Any violation by the Client of the license provisions contained herein may result in immediate termination of the Client’s license to use the services, and access to use will be revoked. Violating this license may result in charges to the Client from Jenifer for the license sold, shared, or otherwise transmitted. Jenifer reserves the right, title, and interest not expressly granted under this license to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws.

The Client acknowledges that the intellectual property contained in the services is the intellectual property of Jenifer Tharani & Dr. Wada and may be protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws and subject to use restriction under those laws. The services may contain trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, graphics, and logos that are the property of Jenifer & Dr. Wada. 

Jenifer Tharani is not a physician or psychologist, and the scope of his/her consultation services does not include treatment or diagnosis of specific illnesses or disorders. If I, the client, suspect I may have an ailment or illness that may require medical attention, then it is my responsibility to consult with a licensed physician immediately. Only a licensed physician can prescribe drugs

Dr Wada is not your physician and any advice she provides as part of NFR membership should not be considered as medical advice and does not create a patient physician relationship.
