As a busy immune system physician and mother, I was so embarrassed and humiliated that I couldn’t get a handle on my Sjogren’s symptoms. I tried all kinds of programs, but none of them were sustainable, and most didn’t work with my busy schedule. So many were touting expensive testing supplements without any proven benefits.

Through it all, fatigue and flares persisted. I lost too much weight. I ended up with a supplement-induced liver injury & a piece of my liver sent to the NIH…

Finally, I got so frustrated, I decided that I was willing to try anything to stop struggling with my immune system once and for all.

Most programs I had tried in the past completely failed in the face of my work schedule, so I scoured the internet for a program that catered to my specific needs as a doctor. I came up empty-handed!

I finally stumbled across Jen who said that she could help me figure out my food triggers and learn to eat from a place of abundance rather than more elimination.
